Update from Teck recently. It would seem my suspicions are correct. We should see an announcement in the next number of weeks on a development partner winner for QB2.

“The process to bring a partner into our Quebrada Blanca Phase 2 copper development project is proceeding very well, and we expect that a transaction could be announced in December and closed in the first half of 2019.” 

I assume as others did, this is why everything has been postponed with Copper Fox until January 2019. Teck wants to conclude business with this QB project before moving with SC news and developments. Once Teck has a partner announced, things could get interested with us.
