Each party must have 3 business days to review anything they intend to publically disclose. This issue is discussed in detail in section 29 of the JV. The work done for optimzing, resource modeling and desktop studies is not discloseable until it's part of a NI43-101 report. I do believe that Copper Fox can disclose the information they've received from Teck to third parties that have signed a CA. That's why I don't see anything preventing CUU from selling Schaft Creek now.
