I agree. The overall market has been frothy for quite a while. We've seen a correction recently but a much bigger pullback (maybe a recession) is due soon. These things always happen in cycles (and the last recession started in 2008, so that's 10 years ago now). But it's timing this stuff that's the trick. What looks like a bargain when it's 20 per cent lower in a month could be 50 per cent lower in six months. Invest that dry powder wisely!
