It's a legal binding document signed by all parties it wouldn't be that easy to "dismiss it" in a court of law plus I'm sure Teck would have taken action by now and informed CF if they where going that route and their intentions regarding SC,I haven't found an instance where Teck has acted in that way towards a JV partner after working on a project for so long.Elmer told me two weeks ago that things should be moving faster as we get closer towards the completion so again where is the benefit in him telling me this.
