Elmer knows what is in the Laird agreement you and I don't due to the fact that it is a private entinty and we do not have access to that info,if he had been lying to MoneyK,Spitefire ,others and myself then he hasn't been dealing in good faith about somethin that has such significance to CF I do not see him lying about that for what benefit if not true. I believe Teck will act on either a buyout or a Production Decision more likely a buyout by years end. I belive  this was always going to go the 5 year distance and have been purchasing and bringing down my average buying in the .10 range all Summer.
