Not really saying we are assuming they are the same value, we all know they are not. But just questioning why wouldn't we look at the resources.

Also how the ___ does it not have bearing on our buyout price... If we had the same size resources and Galore sold for 10 dollars, why would anyone pay 10 million dollars for ours? 

Also I never implied SC won't be sold based on it's own value, but again I said if we compare resources why would we ever accept anything less than that number that is returned as we have a more buildable mine site etc and that value would be based on something very meaningful and show a minimum bar from another potential mine site right beside us sold extreamly recently.
