NovaGold needs the money for their Donlin gold project,Newmont bid I believe  was the best or only one they have recieved so they agreed to it they need to get that project going and Galore is at least four years away before they announce a production decision more than likely after SC is up and producing.SC is far more advanced with much less capex needed ,Galore will need a lot of money just like QB2.
