I agree with you about CF shareholders will never see any of the work done over the five years at SC,but if Teck is going to drag it out for years to come why not just put out a NR statement that reads"We will not proceed with any more work and will not move on the SC deposit in the forceable future" our shareprice would crash to about.05 and we would be begging Teck to buy us out at .10 we could go to court and challenge them but Teck would draw it out for years in court and cost us untold millions in dilution in lawyer fees but instead i belive Teck is moving SC to a point were it can confidently submit a iron clad EA for approval and show their shareholders that they fully did their DD before buying us out or announcing a production decision on SC.I think Elmer is playing it right no need to push or rock the boat when we are so close to what "I" belive is the end game.Also All in my humble opinion :)
