What really bothers me is that when you read a news release after reading the disclaimer it puts a whole new look or interpretation on everything. An example below from long ago:

"We expect the FS will  be completed in this quarter" but in recent disclaimers what do you find? The word "expect".

Basically, everything that is said in all recent news releases has been disclaimed at the end. If you have to do that, what is the point of telling the story in the first place? Why not just replace that long disclaimer with something like this:

"We might be saying something but please don't take any of it as actually being true."
