Wondering why our management reduced our holding in Carmax if its a "district".

Maybe it goes like this?

Carmax: Hey, we need money to survive and you don't have much these days also.  Plus, we would hate to loose control of our property to Teck if they make you a decent offer for everything.  In exchange of your reduced ownership, we will hire your staff after the sale.  Deal?
