C$  vs. US$  + 0.7561

As the loonie falls the value goes up.  I have seen $75million quoted.  Is that per 0.01 drop in the C$ below the hypothetical mark of C$0.80? Can someone please refresh me on this formula, and how it is arrived at?  Schaft Creek is making money while just sitting.  Elmer needs to s**t or get off the pot.  The shareholders yearn for info. Someone out there has to have interest in acquiring 25% of SC.
