I emailed, it hasn’t closed because some investor needed some more time:

“An existing shareholder has requested a bit of extra time, currently the latest we can close is June 15, 2018 and we are committed to close by that deadline.  The board will not seek an extension to the private placement like last year as that was due to a technical report being required to be filed prior to us being allowed to close, this issue will not warrant an extension, we will just use the time allowed by the TSX-V to close.”
