I don’t see why not but I’m no expert on when they can and when they can’t. 

When thinking about CUU - about half a minute each day for the last ten years or so, lol - I constantly remind myself that the important thing to remember is that none of the insiders has *sold* any shares. I vaguely recall that one of their wives did once but that was a long time ago.
