There is a very interesting article in the Copper Investing News regarding future demand for copper.

Basically it states that Asia is hungry for copper and BC would be one of the best places to find it. It states that EVs require 3 times the copper that conventional vehicles require and that China is looking to greatly expand production of EVs. Demand will far exceed supply.
