Ya, Sucks man...but I totally get it.  I have been debating doing the exact same thing with the shares I bought in the PP.  I havent yet, simply because of Murphy's Law and the fact that I have been reminded of how great our property appears to be....unless of course, the Optimizations tell us a different story.  Im going to hang onto my TFSA shares as they arent worth much at 12 cents, and hope for the best before year end.

Thanks Simc1 for your input into the board over the years! For the rest of us, man, I hope we are rewarded for our patience and resilience.  If it ever happens, I think we should re-open the CUU shareholder convention party in Mexico talk from the days of old.
