I don’t think anyone thinks you are a basher. Everyone has a right to sell and keep whatever they choose. 

I just don’t see the value of the announcement  

What would make you think we won’t see any of the info?? In fact I hope you are correct and this info doesn’t come out. At that point it would be too late to get back in at the forecasting price you suggested. The info we are getting will be important to all involved. It should have an impact, but one never knows  

But I do know if a buy out was announced, it will be tough to get back in at these cheap prices.
