If TECK has a NR regarding the updated RE then that tells me there not interested in the project which will put us in no man's land unfortunately. 

When I've spoken to Elmer about us being bought out he never even suggests that TECK has ever mentioned that and they keep an far distance from even going down that road. 

I don't get the feeling that Elmer is a closer and has no idea on how to get TECK interested in our percentage to take us out. We would be better off hiring a third party to promote us and get the ball over the goal line once and for all.
