This is YEARS too long for optimization results.  Teck is not playing fair, not acting in good faith as a JV partner.

 

If Teck is not acting in good faith then what recourse do we have?  Why doesn't our spineless management confront them and force the issue?  Either put out the report so we can find another suitor or pony up Teck? 

Maybe that's a little too much to ask of our fearless leader Elmer to do since he all but handed Teck SC on a silver platter with a totally reworked JV agreement and disadvantaged BFS.
