Elmer should volunteer for a suicide crisis line. He could have the most despondent person doing a Fred Astaire dance off of the window ledge they perched on. Most reports ,over the years, from forum members meeting with Mr Stewart have had those people exuberant about Copper Fox's near future. I had one of those meetings and I think Elmer was staight forward and does beleive what he says. Maybe the problem is he puts his faith in what Teck tells him. And they seem to have a different agenda than what would be considered normal.
