what has TECK been wasting all of thier time and money on over that past years????

 

what do you mean? They have invested minimal amounts and resources just to fulfil the JV needs.

 

But do not forget the dividends, they could be worth a lot in due time... but they wont be day 1 cash in the bank for shareholders
