My last conversation with Elmer he stated the game plan was to sell SC then restructure the company so we could purchase Caramax and be able to move the Arizona properties forward when we recieve the permits. 

Obviously SC is a waiting game as we all know who runs the show. Teck is well aware that we want our position to be bought out and with Teck shares hopefully.

I do feel the light at end of the tunnel is not a train but our just reward. This could be the gift horse that keeps giving in the end.
