The only reason that I can tell that this has happened is that copper is up strongly over the past week.
Anything related to copper has gone up.  Not saying it's a bad thing.  I just don't feel like celebrating until I see something more material happen with this company, and have been kicked far too many times for far too long in this venture to get elated over a couple cent move.

Don't mean to be a wet blanket, and I hope you're right.  Any move up is in the right direction.
