Message: Significant developments in the area...

Northern BC is the next copper district that will yield large investment from the majors that decide to operate in this area. There will be a huge demand to be part of the story in this area where economic growth will be great.

We are witnessing the dawn of a new era of mine development with several large projects going into production.

In our area, our competing neighbours with similar deposits are all gaining major governemnt and First Nation support, very exciting news for us that have ownership in a project that will benefit from these relationships.

The Schaft Creek mine will not be left out and is the least of all projects to encounter adverse events! Teck already knows this.

With Imperial and Seabridge going into operations with their assets, SC will soon follow! Mount Polley has also recently got approval to re-start production in the area after a severe adverse event that caused huge envirnomental damage!

I have discussed our project with a few First Nation influentials who do not oppose our development but rather welcome it as it is the least of any project in the area to cause harm to the environment!

In any asset sale or buyout of SC, this should be reflected in the value (with or without the EAC in hand) and that should command big dollars to us as shareholders. SC is a production ready asset with very attractive economics, and I expect a decent sale price for this, not including exploration potential on the property.
