I did not post my expectations for an eventual buyout price because there is absolutely nothing to base it on. I just gave the other side of the "speculation coin" to what Teck may be thinking based on their in place agreement with CUU other than the previously voiced 400 million. We have no idea if there is even going to be a buyout or when let alone some actual numbers from Teck to base any expectations on. I have no idea what "fair" is anymore as things that we were told or counted on in the past didn't come to fruition. As far as the rest of it goes, it has already happened. It's kind of hard to dispute that. I am not a pumper and don't plan to change. I just say it as it looks to me and the ride has not been great so far. Our expectations have been crushed more than a few  times with faulty information and missed deadlines and it would be a welcome relief for me just to see that change.
