Very well could just be some standard cover your back type thing. As in the 2013 data should not be relied on as it is old and out dated. Also that just saying the numbers before may not be achieved, as in not saying they will be worse, but to caution readers it could be worse.

You know what I am saying? The standard type of wording in all disclaimer information to caution that things can have down sides?
