As a longtime Teck shareholder who I have talked to over the years at these shows told me regarding all of these deposits ,unless it makes total economic and political sense then that deposit will get "Sanctioed" and the go ahead until then all the deposits are on the table. Teck does not make bad decisions when building a mine. Teck  did set aside 200 million for mine development this year in their year end NR and has yet to reveal which mine. QB2 is not a sure shot as many belive it to be,talk is just  talk until you get Sanction stamped on it.
