What you have to remember is that of all those 5 projects SC is the only one where Teck  has a Junior JV partner with all the others are either owned by Teck or have a major as a JV partner. That's why believe they are so secretive and have the final say regarding NR. There is a method to what they are doing,I'm sticking around to see how it ends.
