Before anyone has a chance to brand me a basher I will label myself for you: I am a self-professed "lurker".  I have been lurking day and night since way back in 2011 without commenting.

History: I did my own DD back in 2011 and began accumulating shares through the run-up to the high $2's.  I "reluctantly" sold a portion of my holding @$2.45 to pay for home renovations.  (Looking back it was a brilliant move and should have, could have but didn't sell more)

I have continued to accumulate/average down for the past few years.

I really have no idea what to make of our situation, I do take comfort in knowing we are still a viable entity and have not been taken private (something that happened to me a few years back with a company called Allen Vanguard). 

Is there a sense that ANY news or status update will be released by the end of this month?

I am also VERY curious to get a sense among the remaining shareholders what they are expecting over the next 12 months.  I have given up on a complete buyout scenario and would now be content with management focusing on increasing our value (share price) to a stable $0.75/share price.  It would be greatly appreciated at this point in time and allow us some liquidity options if the need should arise.  

Patient but frustrated!
