I think this is the 3rd year in a row that the share price has topped and set the yearly high in March only to fall back into the toilet. I suppose it's anticipation that some sort of actual work plan is going to be announced for spring/summer but it hasn't happened yet.  Sure would be nice to get some positive news for a change on this long awaited and overdue study and a decision by Teck on what is going to happen with it. A real plan for a change....
