I have been very patient with this stock acknowledging that it would take time with the poor market environment we have had the last couple years but this is getting annoying.

Time to sell an Arizona property at whatever price. Don't squander the cash. Reign in expenses and employee compensation.

Maybe this would send a message to Teck that we can wait out any further delays.
