I've been following/invested in Excelsior (MIN) for a while and thought I would post an update here as the Van Dyke property is similar.
They have completed their Feasibility study ($807 million @ $2.75 copper/capex of only 50 million) and the EPA issued the final necessary permits for competitor Taseko Mines to begin construction at their Florence ISR copper project in Arizona.
With Trump in office EPA permitting likely would be easier to get now, and he's all about generating jobs...

Their stock is up 290% in the last year, and looks like more to come...
Construction expected to start Q3 2017, production Q3 2018.
Maybe Elmer should get on this and flip it while the excitement is building on these other Arizona ISR projects, or at least put out some NRs mentioning the Van Dyke ISR?
