I know a lot of people on the board do not believe what Elmer tells them but both Elmer and Lynn have mentioned it to me in my conversation with them. I think because the Liard aggrenment isn't a public document maybe that's why you cannot find it just like last year when Teck and CF purchased more Liard shares and we did not know how much they paid for them.I don't know if you care to give the office a call maybe they can explain it to you in more detail.
