Good analogy.
Charlie Brown is the poor shareholders, Lucy is Elmer, and the football is Schaft Creek - always a moving target.

We've already been diluted another 10 million shares this year. Elmer has said he expects resource modelling to be complete this quarter, which would be something. I don't know if they could have been much more vague about their 2017 plans with:

"focus on completing and interpreting the results of its work programs in preparation for 2017"
