Thanks so much for the enlightened input from the Meeting Guys.

IMO IF Dilution comes it is likely via Shares into EE's Hands...I fail to see how this is a bad thing long term....

EE already has the 50+ majority vote, is still sitting tight and as shown in the past not likely going anywhere. A person who's actions Strike me as not being those of a folder while holding a hot hand. He also knows (being on the Board) something about what we have in Resources, pot. suitors & Multi Mine potential wise.
