As you mentionned, this stock it seems lost all its great wild cards over the years. The most important one being to ''give'' 75% to Teck to survive in an ugly market...That was perhaps the thing that made sense make then but it turned out they spent all that money so fast they re now having to dillute at years low, with barely no end in sight for the sh.itty market we're in.

Seriously if I were Teck I would wait as long as possible until Elmer gives them the 25% in exchange for a full time job.
