I think we all forget how we are 100% set up for something exactly like this.

VD is under Northern Fox, things can be spun out and Northern Fox will take the dillution.

I imagine that is what they would do if that is the case, if not they sure have lost their marbles.

Also stating how much something would cost does not mean dillution. Maybe they plan to wait on finishing it, who knows.
