Anyone able and planning on going to the general meeting? It would be great to have Elmer asked directly and on the record about concerns over dilution or consolidation. Do minutes from these meetings get posted anywhere?

Do we know yet if CXM had to pay anything to get the claims back or of any pending lawsuit? Another question for Elmer is whether or not CF plans to completely take over CXM?
