And even though the ruling specifically said that CXM made an error, no where does CXM admit to making a mistake or just whom was responsible...and no mention of how two people were dropped from their website only to be reposted. Real stand up guys this company has. Very disappointing. Sounds like a perfect time to approve some performance bonuses.
