If 500k is paid to get the properties back Elmer and everyone at CArmax need to go. This kind of slip up is unexceptable.. I would love to know what EE thinks. Get some sharks in there to cut a deal for SC. It time for a spinoff and stop financing other BS properties on the back of SC. I am very upset over these developments.
