The AGM for Carmax is scheduled for April 27, and they just put out the Information Circular.

The Board is currently composed of six Directors. Three of the Directors being Chris M. Healey, Michael Smith and Hrayr Agnerian are independent. Elmer Stewart, Jevin Werbes and Jeff Poloni are not independent as they are Chairman of the Board, President & CEO and VP of Exploration of the Corporation.
