Hopefully this isn't a stupid one, but I've got nothing to lose so here goes.


If Carmax or Copper Fox let the claims expire, which is akin to a surgeon forgetting about a patient on the table in the middle of an operation (oops!):

Why would this drive interest in CUU and push the price of the stock up yesterday? Shouldn't it have had the exact opposite effect?
