BigBuck and others,

I agree that a reverse split would be unwelcome. However, as of Jan. 31st, the company had $2.1M in cash. This suggests we should be fine for a little while yet.

Regarding a reverse split and the price trickling back to where we are now. Insiders, (EE) own 56% of the shares. Why would EE want to orchestrate a reverse split when his 56% would also be worth 1/10 after the price trickles back to where we are today?

I can see a reverse split occuring if it is packaged with a sale of VD or SC, but for the reason stated above, not sooner.

Please enlighten me where I am wrong.
