Unfortunately, the investment for many is akin to lining up to kick a field goal, and having the misfortune of being flagged for a penalty, resulting in the ball being placed further back. In the current state of things, this is a kick into the wind from the 50 yard line.
An increase in cu prices will eliminate the headwind, but it's still a relatively long kick. And it will likely remain a long kick until Teck moves the ball closer to the goal posts by moving this project forward.
