All very valid questions, Slushie.

Someone posted here a couple days ago that they spoke with Elmer and we will receive a NR next week.

Regarding the PP in December, it could not have been insiders as they would have disclosed it by now. Yes, someone saw some value - but who?

Teck is releasing it's Q4 results in Feb. 11th before the market opens. They are also hosting a conference call the same day at 11:00 AM Eastern time.

This is just speculation on my part:

Will the CUU NR be released the same day? Perhaps TCK will acknowledge that they are moving forward with SC and wish to discuss it during their conference call?
