Yes CG I agree, spring before meaningful news? I think we still have a long wait, maybe 2 yrs?, before the markets change for the better. But........................1st we have to HOPE the govt.( U.S.) doesn't spend us into oblivion and the markets hit the slippery slope. Commodities might not rise in a catastrophic market decline. I will guess that doesn't happen, or should I say allow to happen, until after the US election.
