Everyone has been talking in terms of a cash buyout. However, ponder this. Is it possible that EE would prefer to do a non taxable stock swap for teck shares rather than have a taxable event in a cash buyout. I know I would. How many shares would you be willing to trade for each Teck share? What do you all think?
