On the flip side, If this property is close to shaft, couldnt there be the rationale that Teck, if developing shaft, would want to keep the properties in this area to take advantage of synergies between projects as well as belief in the geology of the area.

It's the other side of Mt. Edziza so there wouldn't be much synergy in the sense that you couldn't cross over the park physically. I think it's up and just below the Carmax properties. I'm not entirely sure though but I know NGEx has properties in that area.

It's hard to say why Teck would sell at this point in time except they didn't want to put the money into pursuing it further obviously. it is good news in the sense that one more greenfields property is out of the running. Now we just wait and see what they think of SC with optimizations.
