We were at 19 cents on Oct. 23, 2014.

We were at 19.5 cents on March 13 of this year.

We were at 19 cents on April 14.

We were at 18 cents on May 8.

We were at 20.5 cents on June 23.

We were at 17 cents on Aug. 4.

Today we closed at 18 cents.


If by "TA" you mean "totally arbitrary," I would have to agree whole-heartedly!
