did you, or anyone else that's good at TA, ever figure out a reason for the spike in March.

At the AGM, Elmer attributed that price spike to the $3.6 M cash refund.
Whatever the reason was, these spikes are common during the bottoming process. New money comes in and we get excited, some long term shareholders see it as a selling opportunity to recoup some prior losses. Then back down we go and form another base.
As long as we have rising bottoms, the chart remains constructive.....
