it won't matter if it's static or dynamic. Dynamic means that your ip address can change at anytime vs static its assigned to your domain 100% without it ever switching hence why static is used in business internet to avoid any ip conflicts and bringing your network down etc. Static is very expensive though. ip check tool is useless we already discovered that long ago. Also both dynamic and static can be shared by more than one customer.
